The Discipleship and Congregational Vitality Ministries Office will focus primarily on discipleship and congregational development. This office serves as a resource for Voices of Youth, Caretakers of God’s Creation, and liaison with the five higher education institutions related to the Virginia Conference. This office also deals with Lay Servant Ministries, Scouting Ministries, and UM Day at General Assembly.
