The Lay Leadership Development Office will focus on youth, young adult, and campus ministry, lay servant ministries, and other ways of equipping laity for leadership in their local churches and communitiies. The LLD office supports the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry, the Conference Youth Council, the Young Adult Council, The Board of Laity, United Women in Faith, United Methodist Men, Scouting Ministries, and the Lay Servant Ministries team.
