Communications Director
Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church (ACUMC) in Vienna, Virginia, seeks to hire a Communications Director.  The job is part-time (20-25 hours per week), with pay dependent upon qualifications and experience (please click here for a detailed job description).  The Director in cooperation with our Pastor will address changing communication needs for a small but growing congregation. Financial Manager
First United Methodist Church of Charlottesville is seeking candidates for the position of Financial Manager.  The position requires an understanding and appreciation of the financial side of a church ministry or nonprofit organization.  The position is part time, with an expected average of 20 hours per week, offering potential for growth as responsibilities may increase or change in a dynamic church environment.  Primary responsibilities include:  accounts payable, general ledger, processing payroll, managing financial databases, and producing related reports.  The position requires an understanding of accounting principles and accepted practices and experience with and understanding of financial systems, budgets and financial reporting. Graphic Designer
Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Stafford, VA, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to develop and design graphic materials that promote Ebenezer and the ministries of the church (i.e. signage, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, flyers, direct mail pieces, handouts, bulletins, general church advertising, etc.). They will design and maintain the church website, support the management of the church’s social media channels, collaborate on video and motion graphic projects, support the management of Ebenezer’s brand by ensuring branding guidelines are employed in all graphics materials, and collaborate with worship leaders to develop message-related sermon series graphics. The ideal candidate will have a highly collaborative leadership style, be able to demonstrate creativity, be approachable, and have a sincere commitment to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers. Director of Communications (Full-Time)
