Youth Shepherd

Lakeside United Methodist Church in Richmond, VA is seeking a Youth Shepherd to expand outreach to youth in the community, impact the spiritual life of the youth, and create an atmosphere of hospitality, affirmation, service and belonging. Working with the youth ministry team, the Youth Shepherd will create avenues of communication with the youth, parents, volunteers, and the congregation, and help develop and implement a comprehensive approach to youth ministry in the areas of fellowship,
worship, mission, and outreach while serving as a spiritual leader and role model. The position is for 25 hours per week including Sunday worship
