Floris UMC is seeking a full-time Executive Director with the primary responsibility of executing the Lead Pastor’s strategic vision for the church by directing the overall programmatic and operational aspects of the church. This position oversees the operational and business functions of the church, manages senior staff, and should have demonstrated experience in organizational management.
