Peakland United Methodist Church in Lynchburg VA is hiring a Director of Senior Adult Ministries who will help implement extended ministries with the senior adults of our congregation, particularly our homebound. The primary focus will be to provide regular visitation or contact and to support our committed team of lay members who also provide visitation.
This is a 6-hour-per-week position, perfect for a licensed local pastor or retired elder or deacon. Lay applicants are very welcome to apply as well.
