Systems of Self Defense, Ebenezer UMC, 161 Embrey Mill Road, Stafford, VA 22554. January 20 & 27, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. A two-session self-defense course just for women returns to Ebenezer Church in Stafford January 20 & 27. In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up from 9:00 AM-2;00 PM on Saturday, January 20 and Saturday, January 27. The course increases awareness and overall safety through lecture, discussion, and hands-on training in realistic self-defense techniques. The cost is $25. Lunch will be provided.
