September Noonday Concert, Monumental UMC, 450 Dinwiddie Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Monday, September 25, 2023; at Noon. Monumental UMC’s Noonday Concert Series starts back this September 25th at noon featuring John Bullard on the banjo. His program is entitled “Baroque with Pluck.” There is plenty of free parking in our Queen Street parking lot. A light lunch will be served following the program for $5. Hope to see you there!
