October Noonday Concert, Monumental UMC, 450 Dinwiddie Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704. October 30 at Noon. Monumental UMC offers a monthly Noonday Concert Series that is free and open to the public. October’s concert will feature Michael Regan on the organ. Regan is one of Monumental’s talented former organists and he returns with a varied program of engaging music.
