Messy Church Chili Cookoff, Ghent UMC, 531 Raleigh Ave. Norfolk, VA 23507. Sunday, March 12 at 4:30 p.m. We’re having our Chili Cookoff Contest. Bring a crockpot of your best chili and everyone at Messy Church will taste and vote. If you want to prepare a crockpot of chili, please let Stephanie A. know.
