Get Healthy Fauquier, Remington UMC, 160 W Bowen St, Remington, VA. May 20, 10 am – 3 pm. “Get Healthy Fauquier” is a community Health Fair for Fauquier County & surrounding areas. We are a family-focused event with health information, screenings & activities for all ages. The event will be held Saturday, May 20 from 10 am – 3 pm at the Remington Community Garden, 160 West Bowen Street in Remington, VA.
“Get Healthy Fauquier” health fair, sponsored by Remington Community Garden, Remington United Methodist Church, Remington Baptist Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Jenkins Donelson Foundation, Fauquier Health, Amore Care Health and Wellness & Remington Drug have come together to coordinate this event. A wide variety of organizations (40 vendors!) will be providing screenings for hearing, vision, diabetes; information, free giveaways, and expertise ranging from dental health, mental health, foot health, aging services and much more. There will be live music with Isabel Blackwell & Meisha Herron, cooking demos and a fun-filled Kids Zone!
