“Fall for Wellness” Community Health Fair. Sydenstricker UMC, 8508 Hooes Road, Springfield, VA 22153. Saturday, September 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sydenstricker United Methodist Church is partnering with community organizations to help you map out your health journey. Included in the fair will be resources on preventative health, health screenings, caregiver health, spiritual health, financial health and understanding Medicare.
