Biennial Bethany Bazaar. Bethany UMC, 1860 Hayes Rd., Gloucester Point. Bethany United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the return of its biennial Bethany Bazaar on Saturday, November 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bazaar is free and all proceeds benefit missions.
Members have been working all year to create a bounty of beautiful and whimsical décor. Items will be offered for sale in the various unique ‘shops’ at the church. Of popular interest is the Country Kitchen and Bake Shop where homemade delicacies from members’ kitchens will be available to purchase. Growing in popularity is the Vintage & Collectibles Shop.
The Mistletoe and Munchies Bazaar Preview will be held on Friday, November 8, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The ticket-only event will feature a delicious assortment of fruit, hors d’oeuvres, homemade desserts, and punch, as well as a sneak peek of the items for sale at this year’s bazaar. Tickets are $12 each and may be purchased by calling the church office at 804-642-2110.
