“Angel Band” Christmas Cantata, The Church of the Good Shepherd, 2351 Hunter Mill Road, Vienna, VA 22181, December 18, 10:15 a.m. The Good Shepherd Choir, under the direction of Larry Caines, will perform the “Angel Band” Christmas Cantata, which takes the Nativity story from the second chapter of Luke’s gospel, uses the image of bands of angels singing, and transports it to Appalachia.
