2nd Annual Chili Cook Off. Rectortown UMC, 3049 Rectortown Road, Rectortown, VA 20115. September 29th, 2024 at 10am. You’re invited to our exciting Chili Cook-Off! This community event promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with great food, friendly competition, and fellowship. The event is free and open to all, so bring your family and friends for a wonderful time.
Our Chili Cook-Off will feature a variety of delicious chili recipes, including traditional favorites and creative new takes. Whether you prefer your chili mild, spicy, or somewhere in between, you’ll find something to enjoy! In addition to chili, we’ll also be serving homemade cornbread and a selection of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.
While the event is free to attend, we kindly encourage monetary donations. All funds raised will go towards supporting our community assistance fund, which helps those in need. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun event while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
