Elinor “Susie” Wolf died January 13,2026, at home, in Woodbridge Va. Many in the Va Conference knew her as the VUMAC Cokesbury store manager, Farmville District Lay Leader, District, Annual, and General Conference Delegate, Choir Member for life (alto!) among other accolades. Others saw neighborhood volunteer, Church lady, small town girl, card-shark, cool neighbor, fan of the Kentucky Derby, bibliophile, no-nonsense Navy wife to Rex super Mom to Sara and Catie, ‘Nannie’ to Natalie Georgia and Charlotte, and great-Nannie to Evie and Rex Rivers.
We all saw a true disciple and amazing woman.
