The Common Table for Church Vitality is a circle of spiritual leadership empowered by the Virginia Conference to coordinate and prioritize the ministry of the Conference. In accordance with this responsibility, Common Table has approved a program proposal process that invites persons and churches, as well as conference boards and agencies, to submit conference ministry requests. The following program request form is designed to facilitate this process. Program requests will be reviewed and discerned for possible approval and implementation by the Common Table.
