Lay Supply Orientation

This Orientation is designed for new lay supply who have been assigned as the pastoral leader at a church. In this orientation, you will receive guidance on:

• United Methodist Polity & Doctrine 
• Worship Planning
• Basics of Preaching
• Charge Conference preparation
• Pastoral Care
