We look forward to being together again for worship, business, and fellowship at the 2026 Virginia Annual Conference at Atlantic Bank Stadium at James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, Va. from June 17-20, 2026.

Housing
We have partnered with great hotels located close to the JMU campus.
Housing registration will open on
Tuesday, February 17 at 9 a.m.
A link will be sent out to all conference members registered in our Unity database that morning, so please use that link and follow the registration instructions to complete your housing arrangements.
Some reminders when registering:
- Please review the agenda (find link above) to best determine the length of your stay at Annual Conference.
- Please exercise patience when registering. With the large amount of traffic to the website on February 17, it may take a moment to load.
- Using a reliable Internet connection for this process will ensure a smoother process.
- Please read through the instructions carefully, making sure to check the “I have read the policy” message.
- When you click the submit button, you should receive a message confirming that we received your request. If you have not received that message, most likely your reservation did not go through. Again, please be patient and retry.
