Learn more about Crop Drop, AC Teachers

Every Monday through May 18, there will be a weekly digest of videos to help members prepare for AC 2026. These will be sent directly to AC member emails and also available on the conference website.  View videos.

All members are asked to review these materials ahead of the June Annual Conference session to be well-informed.

Events (and Banquets) at Annual Conference

This year, we are introducing a live, interactive Annual Conference schedule built on Teamup, the same calendar technology now used on our website. With the AC 2026 Events Calendar, you can browse sessions, meals, and events in the view that works best for you, with search and filtering built in. Each entry also includes registration and accessibility information where available. The Agenda PDF is still available if you’d like something you can download and reference offline. We want to make sure you can access the schedule in whatever format works best for you. Find instructions for how to use the new calendar here.

Crop Drop

The Society of St. Andrew (SoSA) is delighted to partner with the VAUMC Annual Conference to host a Crop Drop at James Madison University (JMU) this year. The United Methodist Men (UMM) in Virginia welcomed the sponsorship of SoSA’s hands-on service project to fight hunger, reduce food waste, and practice creation care while at conference.

The Crop Drop will take place Thursday, June 18, from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. in a parking lot adjacent to the Atlantic Union Bank Center.

Volunteers are needed to help unload produce from the delivery trailer, bag the product for distribution, sort bags for feeding agency pick-up, and load feeding agency vehicles. The Crop Drop is complete once all the fresh produce has been distributed. All conference attendees are welcome and encouraged!

If you wish to volunteer for the Crop Drop, please sign up through the Society of St. Andrew Volunteer webpage.
