Evergreen Church (UMC), Leesburg, VA, is seeking a Director of Next Generations Ministry to lead and grow ministry with children and youth (birth through high school). This role emphasizes relationship-building, volunteer leadership, and creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment. Responsibilities include Sunday morning children’s ministry, Sunday evening youth group, intergenerational opportunities, and seasonal events.
