Rev. C. Ralph Mills, 82, of Charleston, WV, husband of Sonia Mills, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church, Huntington, WV, by Rev. Dr. Tim Bias and Rev. Scott Sears. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington.
Visitation will be from 10 am until service time on Saturday at the church.
