Interest Meeting: Rural community Philippi, WV Mission Trip (Pender UMC, Fairfax)

Volunteer to make a difference in a rural community Philippi West Virginia Mission Trip. Pender UMC, 12401 Alder Woods Drive, Fairfax, VA 22033. Friday, July 19 to Friday, July 26, 2024. Families, teens, and young adults please join us in traveling to Philippi, West Virginia to paint, build, repair, and make a difference in the lives of people living on the ridge in Philippi, West Virginia. Join us as we assist in building tiny houses that will assist individuals transitioning back into society, and persons who have experienced long term housing insecurity.
We will hold an interest meeting on Sunday, June 9th at 5:00 PM in the Youth Room at Pender. There will be a second interest meeting later in the month. Questions, please contact [email protected] for more information.
