We are asking all members to #joinhands for the following mission opportunities. #JoiningHandsTogther will provide hands-on mission opportunities for all who are gathered during the Annual Conference.
The various mission opportunities will be a reminder that we can do more when we come together!

1. Red Cross Blood Donation – starting Thursday to Friday by appointment (see below)

We invited American Red Cross to set up a blood donation table around the Berglund Conference Center. Every pint will give new lives to people who are in need. The donation appointment link will be shared soon.

UMCOR recently released a new Menstrual Hygiene Kit. With the help from Central Virginia Mission Hub, we will set up items to assemble 3,000 Menstrual Kits(estimated value of $50,000) for members to come and assemble. We need all the help, so join us in making this happen!

Rise Against Hunger started 25 years ago under the leadership of Ray Buchanan, a Virginia United Methodist Church clergy. We will join their celebration of 24 years of stopping hunger around the world by assembling 20,000 meal kits!
