Strategic Personal Safety, Sydenstricker UMC, 8508 Hooes Road, Springfield, VA 22153. February 11, at 9:30 a.m. The United Women of Faith of Sydenstricker UMC are hosting a Strategic Personal Safety Program on Saturday, February 11, at 9:30 a.m. Officer Tony Capizzi, from the West Springfield Police Department, will present a one-and-a-half hour program on what women should be aware of and do as they manage their daily lives.
