Systems of Self-Defense. Ebenezer UMC, 161 Embrey Mill Road, Stafford, VA 22554. A two-session self-defense course just for women is coming to Ebenezer Church in January. In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up on Saturday, January 7 and Saturday, January 14 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. The course is open to the public and aims to increase awareness and overall safety through lecture, discussion, and training in realistic self-defense techniques. The cost is $10.
