Make it Matter Youth Rally

After careful consideration regarding the current COVID climate, the Dec. 3-5 youth retreat has been shifted to a one-day rally. The rally will be on Saturday, December 4, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
Registration
- Registration will be live on the website on October 11. Registration will close on November 29.
- Registration will be limited. A waitlist will be available if more spaces open up.
- The event is $20 per person. This registration fee will include lunch and a T-shirt.
Service Opportunities
- There will be three service opportunities for students to rotate through.
- Each will include a learning component and practical service project.
Worship and Music
- The preacher will be the Rev. Alexis Brown, the United Methodist chaplain at Howard University in Washington, DC.
- The worship leader will be the Rev. Dr. Nelson Cowan, senior pastor at Christ UMC in Neptune, FL.
While the event has transitioned, the Learning Office is very excited about this new step!
