Director of Youth Ministries

Centreville United Methodist Church (Centreville, VA) is seeking a faithful, engaging, and organized individual to serve as our part-time Director of Youth Ministries. This salaried position (20 hrs/week) leads programming for 7th–12th graders, including Sunday night Youth Group, retreats, and mission events. The role emphasizes building relationships, nurturing faith, and supporting families in discipleship. While the schedule includes required Sunday evening programming and a weekly staff meeting (typically Wednesday afternoon), other hours are flexible and some responsibilities can be done remotely.
