Digital Ministry Coordinator (Part-Time)
Salary: $25K–$30K | Hours: 20/week (10 in-person, 10 remote)
Location: Aldersgate United Methodist Church (Hybrid)
Aldersgate UMC is seeking a creative and organized Digital Ministry Coordinator to lead our communications efforts. This role supports our weekly newsletter, worship slides, website updates, social media, digital signage, and marketing materials. The position works closely with church staff and pastors to develop content that reflects our mission and engages our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage content for digital platforms and worship services
• Oversee church website and social media
• Design print and promotional materials
• Support soundboard/lights during Sunday worship
• Recruit and manage communications volunteers
Ideal Candidate Has:
• Experience in digital media, communications, or marketing
• Strong writing, design, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Wix, Canva, Constant Contact, and Adobe
• A collaborative spirit and love for the church’s mission
