Bishop, Appointive Cabinet share pastoral letter to federal workers

A pastoral letter was shared yesterday from Bishop Sue Haupert-Johnson, the VAUMC Appointive Cabinet, and the VAUMC Conference Lay Leader to Federal Workers.
