Charge Conference Clergy Compensation Form
The Charge Conference Clergy Compensation Form is completed using the Pastor Logon ID and Password in the COLTS Web Site  http://www.colts.vaumc.org/ .  This form will generate the Charge Conference Clergy Compensation Form to be signed at Church Charge Conference. Your Charge Conference Form will be emailed to you along with a personal information copy which you will provide to the Church Treasurer.
